What types of tasks can I submit and is there a limit?You can submit a wide range of design tasks, including logos, social media graphics, YouTube thumbnails merch, promotional materials, presentations, book covers and more. There are no limits on the amount of requests. Submit as many requests as you'd like; they’ll be completed one by one. Please note: Landing pages are available on the Standard plan, while full websites are included in the Pro plan.

Who are the designers and how do I communicate with them?120 Design Studio is a dynamic duo—Marshall Fox and Joe Providence. Communication primarily happens through Trello, but we’re also available via email or scheduled video calls if you need to discuss something in more detail.

What programs do you design in?We primarily use Affinity Designer & Publisher, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Web designs and landing pages are crafted in Wix and Wix Studio.

How do I request designs?You can request designs via Trello, Google Docs/Drive links, or even Loom videos. If it can be shared in Trello, it’s fair game.

Is there any design work you don’t cover?We don’t cover 3D modeling, animated graphics, complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, interior book layouts, etc.), and Adobe InDesign documents. For web design, we only use Wix and Wix Studio so we don't work in platforms like Shopify, Wordpress, etc.
