3. Is there a deposit required?

All projects below $499 (before discounts) are required to be paid in full before any work begins. For projects $499 and above, 50% of the project total is due before work begins. The final payment is due within 48 hours of the project being completed unless other arrangements are agreed upon before-hand. All deposits are non-refundable.

4. How is payment handled?

All invoicing is handled through PayPal. You can make payments directly through the invoice using your PayPal account and/or with all major credit cards.

5. Can I schedule a project?

Yes. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due to reserve a specific time slot for your project. The $100 will be applied to your project balance. It can also be used toward the project deposit.  Example: If you have a $800 project you want to start 1 month from now, you would pay the $100 deposit now, then another $300 due at the beginning of your project to fulfill the 50% (total of $400). The remaining $400 balance would be due at the end of your project.

6. Where are your prices?

Pricing is available for serious inquiries only. Contact us with exactly what you're looking for and we'll direct you to the pricing for those services.

7. What are concepts?

Concepts are the first deliverables in the logo design process. We'll use your questionnaire and come up with custom concepts, or an initial direction for your logo. Once your concepts are ready, we'll ask you to give us feedback so we can continue to refine the design. If you choose a package with more concepts, you'll get more up-front variety.

8. How do revisions work?

We’ll start off by giving you multiple design concepts. Keep in mind that the design process is highly collaborative, so we send you the initial designs, we'll ask for your feedback to make the designs even better. Usually, our clients ask us to tweak colors, fonts and layout. Sometimes, they even ask us to combine the top half of one concept with the bottom half of another.

9. How long until I get my designs?

Each project is a case-by-case basis. When you contact us I'll be able to let you know when we can start your project and  the estimated date of completion. The following is a general guideline:

There is a two to three week turnaround time for logos.

There is a four to six week turnaround on websites depending on the package you select.

Other work varies and will be determined during your initial consultation.

10. Do I get a vector file for my logo once created?

Yes, you get EPS (vector), AI, PSD, JPEG, PNG, PDF and TIF files in full color white and greyscale for web and for print. You'll also get a detailed guide that details each file type and how they're typically used.  Your files will be ready to use anywhere including business cards, letterhead, envelopes, brochures, websites, photos/graphics, and any other designs your business requires.

11. Who owns the copyright for the final design once completed?

You do. Upon receipt of the final payment and delivery, the copyright for the design officially belongs to you. If you are looking for protection against infringement, we recommend trademarking your design.

12. How is work delivered?

Each client gets access to their own secure folder on Google Drive. We'll use this folder to exchange files and content. Upon receipt of final payment, final design files will be delivered to your folder for you to download at your leisure. Your files will remain backed up to this folder for safekeeping and easy access for updates and future projects.
